The Protagonist of the story is named Montressor. However he is more like the antagonist. Montressor's friend is Fortunato. Montressor and Fortunato are best friend. Among thousands of injuries, Montressor tried to borne as best as he could. But upon insult, he vowed revenge.
He decided to "invite" Fortunato to his house to test if a wine called Amontilado taste like Sherry. The went to Montressor's house and went down to the basement. Montressor keeps giving Fortunato some wine. Fortuanto is unfortanetly sick. Montressor acted if he cared. How ever Fortunato want to keep on going. They went further into the basement. But it wasn't a basement. They eventually entered a catacomb. (A place where bones and skulls are stacked on top of each other on walls.) Montressor keeps on giving wine to Fortunato to keep him drunk.
Montressor told Fortunato that the Amontilado is up a head. Fortunato proceeds but got chained to a wall. Montressor took some bricks and cement. He walks toward Fortuanto and start walling him in. Fortunato thinks it is a joke. But realized it is not. Fortuanto is done walling him in. He called out his name. No answer. He called out again. Still no answer. For Half a century now no one dared to disturbed Fortunato.

After the first few sentences, this reads more like a summary than a description of their relationship. How do you know they're best friends? How does Fortunado treat Montessor? How does Montessor treat and, frankly, trust Fortunado? Also missing author and page number. 4/10
